JF SODIUM NAPHTHALENE SULFONATE POWDER is a highly effective water reducing and dispersing agent for concrete. It is designed to formulate construction chemicals for concrete. It is compatible with all of the additives used in construction chemical formulations.

Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Effects On Concrete:

Incorporation of JF SODIUM NAPHTHALENE SULFONATE POWDER is used to achieve the following concrete characteristic:
1. Improves workability by maintaining same water cement ratio.
2. Improves rheology of cement to produce pump-able and flow-able concrete.
3. Reduces water quantity in concrete up to 20-25%.
4. Enhances strength of concrete due to reduced water / ratio ratio.
5. Strong super plasticizing effect without tendency to segregation.
6. Reduces the quantity of cement in concrete.

Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Safety And Handling Precautions:

JF SODIUM NAPHTHALENE SULFONATE POWDER is a water soluble alkaline solution, direct and prolonged contact with eyes and skin may cause irritation. Wash the affected area of body with plenty of tap water immediately. If irritations persist for long time, please contact with doctor.

Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Compatibility With Other Admixtures:

JF SODIUM NAPHTHALENE SULFONATE POWDER can be used together with other concrete admixtures such as retarders, accelerators and air-entrains. It is compatible with most of the known brands, but we recommend to carry-out compatibility test under local conditions before using. The different admixtures should not be premixed but added separately to concrete.

Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Chloride Content:

JF SODIUM NAPHTHALENE SULFONATE POWDER is practically chloride less than 0.3% and so it does not pose any corrosion hazards to steel reinforcement.
