JF CALCIUM LIGNOSULFONATE POWDER Product Introduce:
Synonyms:China Calcium Lignosulfonate
Lignin is the second most abundant natural polymer with aromatic structure in nature, and is an extremely important renewable biological resource. The depletion of traditional mineral resources and the enhancement of human awareness of environmental protection have brought strong impetus to the basic research and industrial utilization of lignin.
Calcium lignosulfonate is a derivative of lignin. Its modified surfactants have developed vigorously in recent years and have made a series of important progress. Modified products are widely used in industrial and agricultural production. Calcium lignosulfonate is one of the lignin derivatives obtained in the pulp industry. Its molecular structure basically retains the structural characteristics of lignin, that is, the phenylpropane unit structure and a large number of ether bond connection structures, and a large number of sulfonate groups are introduced on the side chain. Therefore, when subjected to heat treatment, some intermolecular and intramolecular condensation reactions of calcium lignosulfonate should occur. Obviously, it is necessary to study the thermal behavior of the calcium lignosulfonate and to understand the changes in the chemical structure and the corresponding physical properties of the calcium lignosulfonate under heating.

Ca Lignosulphonate preparation:
Lignin is insoluble in neutral liquids and organic solvents. In order to produce lignin, there are two most commonly used methods to separate cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin; and then from the (lignin-containing) pulp waste liquid to produce calcium lignosulfonate.
1. Sulfite pulping method This is to treat wood chips with a well-known hot acidic calcium sulfite acid solution. During this digestion process, part of the lignin is sulfonated, and at the same time the bond is hydrolyzed. Hydrolysis enables the lignosulfonate molecules to be dissolved in the slurry, and other soluble (such as sugar compounds) products are also obtained, the solubility of which is basically fixed.
2. Kraft pulp (ie sulphate) method. Treat the sawdust with a hot strong alkali solution, and control the pH in the range of 13-14. The lignin in the mother liquor is completely dissolved, while the hemicellulose is only partially dissolved. The dissolved product can be modified to obtain products with different properties and multiple specifications, so that it has broad application prospects.
Ca Lignosulphonate Production Laboratory:
We have a dedicated team of scientists with expertise in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, environmental chemistry, food and botany, nutrition and medical technology. We help you to supervise products through the following methods: confirm the content and purity; identify pollution problems; and clarify the exposure risks of raw materials and by-products to human health and the environment. We have laboratories in many parts of the world. They provide routine analysis services to help you meet the requirements of national/international standards, as well as support you in custom testing and method development of new samples and related chemicals.
