JF polycarboxylate high efficiency water reducing agent mother liquid (common high efficiency water reducing agent) is a new generation of polycarboxylate series high efficiency water reducing agent. It combines the macromolecules and small monomers of polyoxyethers through free radical copolymerization. It has high water reduction ratio and low slump loss, which can ensure the high water reduction rate of concrete production, and is widely used in pumping concrete.

Adaptability of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent to cement:
The water reduction rate of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer liquid is more than 25%, and the maximum is close to 30%. The slump of concrete can basically maintain no loss after 1h, and the slump of some cement concrete even increases after 1h, and the bleeding rate is much lower than that of benchmark concrete. No matter the slump retention ability, water reducing performance and bleeding rate of concrete, polycarboxylic acid has a good adaptability to all kinds of cement.
Adaptability of polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent to mineral admixtures:
With the increase of fly ash content, the fluidity of concrete becomes better and the water reduction rate increases. Compared with the traditional naphthalene water reducing agent, the amount of water used in concrete is reduced by 8kg, and the rate of bleeding water is also greatly reduced. More importantly, the concrete setting time is greatly shortened compared with the concrete that blends naphthalene water reducing agent, avoiding the defect that relies on retarding agent to protect collapse in the past.
However, with the increase of ore powder, the increase of polycarboxylic acid water reduction rate decreases, and the collapse protection performance of concrete also decreases slightly, but there is basically no bleeding. When fly ash and ore powder are added, the collapse protection performance of concrete is improved. In general, polycarboxylic acid is especially suitable for concrete with large amount of mineral admixtures, which can not only reduce the water consumption of concrete, but also greatly improve the mixing performance of concrete. In terms of compressive strength, when fly ash or mineral powder is added, the early strength of concrete is reduced, but the appearance of mineral powder is more obvious. When adding fly ash, the late strength increases slightly, and the concrete with traditional naphthalene water-reducing agent does not have strength basically, and the late strength also increases slowly.
From the point of view of mechanical properties, and their compositions are more suitable for mineral admixtures. Therefore, it is suitable for preparing high strength and high performance concrete.
