JF Dispersant NNO-B POWDER Product Description:
Synonyms:FORMALDEHYDE-2-NAPHTHALENESULFONIC ACID-SODIUM SALT POLYMER
The dispersant plays a role in uniformly dispersing the dye and preventing the aggregation of the dye during the dyeing process, and prevents the oligomeric viscous material accumulated after a small amount of dye is damaged from staining the fabric. Most of the commonly used dispersants are anionic surfactants. Such as the formaldehyde sulfonic acid dispersant NNO, dispersant CNF and so on. Followed by non-ionic surfactants, such as fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester silane structure dispersant WA, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether structure flat plus O and so on. Cationic and zwitterionic surfactants are rarely used in dyeing.

Dispersant classification:
Dispersants are divided into two categories: inorganic powders and water-soluble organic polymers. Inorganic dispersants include calcium, magnesium, and barium carbonate, phosphate or hydroxide. They mainly act as mechanical isolation and are easier to wash away with acid. Therefore, they are often used to prepare polystyrene transparent polymers.
Organic dispersants include natural polymers such as gelatin, seaweed gum and protein, cellulose derivatives such as methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, partially alcoholylated polyvinyl alcohol, maleic anhydride and styrene or vinyl acetate Synthetic polymers or copolymers such as sodium salts of copolymers and polyacrylates. They are adsorbed on the surface of the droplets to form a protective film, and at the same time increase the viscosity of the medium to prevent the two droplets from sticking.
The type and amount of dispersant have a great influence on the particle size and morphology of the polymer particles. For example, when the suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride is carried out, the use of vinyl chloride alcohol or cellulose derivatives as a dispersant can produce loose polyvinyl chloride, and the use of gelatin as a dispersant can produce a compact resin.
NNO Dispersant Usage:
1. NNO dispersant is mainly used for vat dye suspension pad dyeing, leuco acid dyeing, disperse dyes and soluble vat dyes.
2. NNO dispersant can also be used in yarn/wool interwoven fabrics to prevent the silk from being colored during dyeing.
3. NNO dispersant dye industry is mainly used as mixed fillers and disperse dyes, and as a dispersing aid in the manufacture of lakes.
4. NNO dispersant can also be used as a rubber stabilizer and tanning aid for leather making. It can also be used in the paper industry.
