Adding a dispersant in high temperature dyeing can prevent the dye from coagulating and depositing and help stabilize the dye bath. The high temperature dispersant requires that it is not easy to decompose at high temperature, has good wettability, diffusibility, solubilization, low foam, anti-aggregation, easy deaggregation, has a certain level of dyeing ability, and has no surface contamination. The commonly used dispersant NNO has poor high temperature resistance and stability. If an anionic and nonionic amphoteric surfactant compound dispersant is used, the anti-aggregation and precipitation effect is good, and the leveling effect is also good.
It should be noted that the amount of dispersant must be appropriate. Generally 1~2g/L, add less for dark colors and more for light colors.

Dispersant NNO Advantage:
1. Avoid floating paint and blooming. Using diffusing agent NNO as a paint additive can improve or eliminate the floating color in the tank or the floating color of the paint film.
2. Improve the coloring power and reduce the viscosity. The pigment is better dispersed and stabilized, and its coloring power will be significantly enhanced. Using NNO as a diffusing agent, the viscosity of the resulting paste will be significantly reduced. In this way, the loading capacity of the pigment can be added and the production power can be improved.
3. Reduce flocculation and improve the usability of coatings. Many people do referral tests when evaluating diffusion agents. If the dispersant is not properly blended, there will be a significant color difference between the area that is being researched and the area that is not being researched. After flocculation, the coloring power of the pigment will be reduced, which brings difficulties to both color mixing and paint construction. Using the flow plate test, the flocculation of the color paste can also be observed.
4. Increase color development and enhance color saturation. This effect of the diffusion agent NNO is most easily overlooked by us. Some examples indicate that the hue and saturation of the same pigment used as a dispersing agent NNO will be significantly different. Generally speaking, the better the dispersion, the higher the saturation, if it is carbon black, the better the dispersion, the lower the L value, the higher the blackness.
