Foaming Factors Of Cement Mortar:

1. In the process of concrete mixing, transportation and filling, bubbles are introduced, with large diameter and uneven distribution. Unstable, easy to gather into a larger diameter bubble bubble.
2. Due to the same electrical repulsion force, the bubbles introduced by water reducing agent produce uneven size, irregular shape and unstable bubbles, which eventually overflow the concrete surface and form obvious bubble honeycomb pitting defects.
3. The bubble is introduced by the air entrained agent, the liquid film on the surface of the bubble is firm, the bubble is stable, and it is not easy to break.

Adding Defoaming Agent In Cement Mortar:

Defoamer helps to remove large air bubbles in concrete. On the one hand, adding defoaming agent can eliminate bubbles between concrete and formwork to a certain extent, effectively prevent or eliminate honeycomb and pits on the surface of concrete, so that the surface of concrete has higher flatness and luster. On the other hand, defoaming agent can eliminate the bubbles in concrete, reduce the gas content and porosity of concrete, and improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete.

Preparation Of Cement Mortar:

1. Prepare cement mortar powder in plastic basin, powder sand, cement, cellulose, water reducing agent, antifreeze, thickening agent, release agent, waterproof agent, etc.
2. Add a certain amount of tap water into the mixing bucket, and pour the premixed materials into the plastic basin, with a dispersion time of 5-10min at 500rpm/min.
3. Add the defoaming agent to the material and check the surface. (Amount of defoaming agent added: 0.1%, actual amount added: 0.5g)
