Water Reducer Superplasticizer Polynaphthalene Sulfonate SNF Concrete Admixture Product Description:

SNF a high range water reducer, commonly referred to as a super plasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde Condensate (short name: SNF, PNS, etc…)
SNF is made from naphthalene, sulfuric acid, formaldehyde and liquid alkali, through sulfonation, hydrolyzation, condensation and neutralization reaction and then drying to powder. SNF-A5% contains very small chloride. Thus, it meets the requirements of chemical admixture specifications for concrete: ASTM Designation C 494 as a Type F admixture, GB8076-2008 and GB50119-2003.

SNF/ NSF/PNS/FDN Usage Method and Notice:

1. Blend dosage range is 0.5-1.2%. Appropriate blend dosage can be selected according to project object and the materials used during application.
2. FDN powder is recommended to be applied in solution. It can be used in dry form, but make sure mix it thoroughly with concrete.
3. If this product is applied with adoption of stagnant water blending method or post-blend approach, water reduction and dispersion will be better.
4. This product can be formulated with concrete additives of other varieties. It can be "double blended" with blending materials such as fly ash, ground slag, etc. But the blend dosage shall be calculated based on the total of cementing materials.
5. When this product is used for the first time or cement variety is changed, concrete trial preparation shall be conducted according to the adopted materials and construction requirements in the field. Construction mixing rate shall be adjusted based on testing result to serve as instruction for construction blending.

SNF/ NSF/PNS/FDN Advantage:

1. High water reducing rate. It can be up to 15%-25% with recommended dosage.
2. Save cost. Under the same workability and strength, cement would be saved.
3. Good water reducing and dispersing performance. It can improve the concrete workability and flowability and bonding between steel and concrete.
4. Wide application. It is adaptable to various cement, like Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag cement, etc
5. Low alkali, low sodium sulfate, high concentrated. Low alkali content can help to avoid the alkali-aggregate reaction, crystalline and precipitation at negative temperature.
6. Be mother material to formulate other admixtures.(like early strength, set retarder, pumping agent, antifreezing agent).

Package:

Double-packed in a woven bag with plastic film inside, 25kg or 40kg per bag; Protect from rain and moisture, store in a ventilated and dry place. The validity period is three years, and it can still be used after passing the concrete test.
