Defoamer is a kind of excellent foam inhibition, defoaming function of silicone type defoaming agent, high solids and solvent-free epoxy coatings, UV light curable coatings.
The bubbles produced during manufacturing and construction have good inhibition and elimination effect. For epoxy floor coatings with high viscosity and high film thickness, especially solvent-free high film thickness.The bubble has good inhibition effect.

Concrete defoamer Characteristics:

1. Spherical granular defoamer refined from simethicone, carrier, and various compounding agents;
2. It can maintain a good anti-foaming effect at a lower concentration.
3. Adding to the powder as a foam inhibitor does not affect the appearance.

Feature:

Dosage:

According to the different frothy system, make a conclusion by tryout. Normally between 0.03%-0.1% against the mortar weight.

Usage:

It is suggested to add 0.01-1.0% of the total amount, the best effect of inhibiting foam can be added before grinding or stirring, but it must be stirred evenly in order to get better distribution and effect. It is suggested to grind with the grinding part in colored paint.
Because of its high activity, it can be diluted to 10% with aromatic solvent in advance and then add it. Because hydropHobic particles precipitate easily, it is suggested to use up immediately after dilution
