JF SODIUM NAPHTHALENE SULFONATE POWDER (PNS-A)
PNS a high range water reducer, commonly referred to as a super plasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde Condensate (short name: SNF,, NSF, etc…)
SNF is made from naphthalene, sulfuric acid, formaldehyde and liquid alkali, through sulfonation, hydrolyzation, condensation and neutralization reaction and then drying to powder. SNF-A5% contains very small chloride. Thus, it meets the requirements of chemical admixture specifications for concrete: ASTM Designation C 494 as a Type F admixture, GB8076-2008 and GB50119-2003.

Application Scope:
1) It is applicable for all precast reinforced concrete and cast-in-place reinforced concrete.
2) It is applicable for high strength, ultra-high strength and moderate strength concrete, and is ideal for early-strength, antifreeze and large fluidity concrete.
3) It is used as the master batch of various kinds of compound concrete admixture.
Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Usage:
1. To provide initial workability especially with low water cement ratio.
2. To significantly improve the initial workability of site mixed concrete without increasing water demand.
3. To provide improved durability by increasing ultimate strengths and reducing concrete permeability.
4. To have high slump retention with early setting time.
Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Superplasticizer Typical Applications & Advantages:

Dosage:
The optimum dosage of Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (SNF/ PNS) to meet specific requirements should always be determined by trials using the materials and conditions that will be experienced in use.
Our Suggestions As Below:
A. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.
B. Prepare solutions as required.
C. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water Moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).
