SNF NSF PNS FDN CAS 9084-06-4 roduct Description:

Sulfonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde water reducing agent is a synthetic powder based onbeta-sulphonate formaldehyde condensate and reactive polymer.It has the properties of high range water reduction, set retarding and excellent strengthening.

This mid-range approach to water reducing admixtures allows for a wide range of usable dosage rates for a broad application spectrum. Naphthalene Water Reducer as produced, should be used as received and does not contain calcium chloride.

Application Method and Notice:

1. Blend dosage range is 0.5-1.2%. Appropriate blend dosage can be selected according to project object and the materials used during application.
2. FDN powder is recommended to be applied in solution. It can be used in dry form, but make sure mix it thoroughly with concrete.
3. If this product is applied with adoption of stagnant water blending method or post-blend approach, water reduction and dispersion will be better.
4. This product can be formulated with concrete additives of other varieties. It can be "double blended" with blending materials such as fly ash, ground slag, etc. But the blend dosage shall be calculated based on the total of cementing materials.
5. When this product is used for the first time or cement variety is changed, concrete trial preparation shall be conducted according to the adopted materials and construction requirements in the field. Construction mixing rate shall be adjusted based on testing result to serve as instruction for construction blending.

SNF/ NSF/PNS/FDN Usage:

A. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.
B. Prepare solutions as required.
C. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).

1. Mixing amount: 0. 5-1. 0% of cementing materials, reducing rate: 20-30%
2. Keeping concrete strength intact & mixing this product, cement saving amount can reach 15-20%
