Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powder Mortar High Range Water Reducing Admixture

JF-PP1 is new generation high range water reducing admixture. It combines macromers and small monomers of polyethenoxy ether through copolymerization of free radical. It has extreme high water reducing ratio and low slump loss, which can guarantee high water reduction when making concrete, and is widely applied in pump concrete.

APPLICATIONS:

(1). Suitable to make early strength concrete, retarding type concrete, precast concrete, cast in situ concrete, large flow concrete, self-compacting concrete, mass concrete, high performance concrete and as-cast finish concrete, as well as precasting and cast in site for various industrial and civil architecture. Especially suitable for low strength grading commercial concrete.

(2). Can be widely applied in the projects such as high speed railway, nuclear power, water conservancy and hydropower projects, the subway, large bridges, highways, harbor pier and other major national projects.

(3). Suitable for commercial concrete agitate stand for any industrial and civil buildings.

EFFECTS ON CONCRETE:

(1). Strong dispersion and high water reducing ratio. Suitable for making high strength concrete.

(2). Can effectively reduce concrete viscosity, good adhesion, moderate air content, suitable for pumping.

(3). Hardening and durability of concrete is good. Strength is high at every concrete ages. Good volume stability and anti-permeability, freezing thawing, anti-corrosion and anti-carbonation effect is good.

(4).Widely suitability for all mixing materials, such as portland cement, ordinary portland cement, slag portland, fly ash cement and volcanic ash cement.

SAFETY AND HANDLING PRECAUTIONS:

Polycarboxylate superplasticizer, if direct and prolonged contact with eyes and skin may cause irritation. Wash the affected area of body with plenty of tap water immediately. If irritations persist for long time, please contact with doctor.

PACKING AND STORAGE:

25kg plastic bags, or 25kg kraft paper cartons.

It is recommended to be stored at ambient temperature in closed condition and to be protected from direct sunlight and rain.
