Sulfonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde Chemical Uses:
1. The concrete strength and slump in substantially the same, can reduce the amount of cement 10-25%.
2. In the same water-cement ratio, the concrete initial slump raise more than 10cm water reduction rate of 15-25%.
3. The concrete has a significant early strength, the reinforcing effect, the strength of improved rate of 20-60%.
4. To improve the workability of concrete, improve the physical and mechanical properties of concrete.
5. Good adaptability to various cement, and other various types of concrete admixtures compatibility is good.
6. Is particularly suitable for use in the following concrete projects: flowing concrete, plastic concrete, steam curing concrete, impervious concrete, waterproof concrete, nature conservation precast concrete, reinforced and prestressed concrete, high strength ultra-high strength concrete .

Sulfonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde Production Method:
The preparation process includes three steps: methyl naphthalene sulfonation, condensation of the sulfonated product with formaldehyde, and neutralization. Put 500kg of methyl naphthalene into the sulfonation kettle, heat it to melt, start stirring, and raise the temperature to 130-140°C for reaction 2. Then add 210L of water under rapid stirring, and after stirring for another half an hour, take a sample to measure the acidity. If the total acidity is 25%-27%, it is qualified. Cool to 90 Chemicalbook ~ 100°C. Add 300kg of 37% formaldehyde solution at once. The temperature is raised and the pressure is increased naturally, and the reaction temperature is controlled at 130-140°C and the pressure is 0.15-0.20MPa. React for 2h to allow it to fully condense. After the condensation is completed, 30% lye is added to neutralize, until the pH value is about 7. Finally, the crystal is cooled, filtered, and the dried crystal is the finished product.
