JF SODIUM LIGNOSULPHONATE POWDER (SF-1)

Sodium lignosulfonate is a natural polymer with strong dispersibility. It has different degrees of dispersibility due to the difference in molecular weight and functional group. It is a surface active substance that can be adsorbed on various solid particles. On the surface, metal ion exchange can be carried out, and because of the existence of various active groups on its tissue structure, it can produce condensation or hydrogen bonding with other compounds.

At present, sodium lignosulfonate products have been widely promoted and applied in the chemical industry, construction, ceramics, mineral powder metallurgy, pesticide, petroleum, carbon black, refractory materials, coal water slurry dispersant and other industries at home and abroad.

MAIN PERFORMANCES:

Can be applied as common water reducing admixture and built material of series multi-function
high-performance water reducing admixtures.
Can be adopted as the adhesives in the briquetting procedure in the vertical retort zinc smelters.
 

Can be used as embryo reinforcing agents in the fields of pottery and porcelain and refractory materials.
They can increase the fluidity of the slurry and thus to improve the strength of the embryo.
In the field of water-coal paste, the sodium lignosulfonate can be adopted as the main compound materials.
In agriculture, the sodium lignosulfonate can be applied as the dispering agents of pesticides and pelleting adhesives of fertilizers and feedstuffs.
 

Others: The sodium lignosulphonate can also be used for refining additives, casting, mining, ore dressing
agents for ore dressing industry, the control of roads, soil and dust, tanning fillers for leathermaking, carbon black granulation and so on.
