Sodium lignosulfonate is an anionic surfactant. It is an extract from the pulping process. It is made by concentrated modification reaction and spray-dried. It is easily soluble in water, has stable chemical properties, and does not decompose in long-term sealed storage.
Sodium lignosulfonate is a natural polymer with strong dispersibility. It has different degrees of dispersibility due to the difference in molecular weight and functional group. It is a surface active substance that can be adsorbed on various solid particles. On the surface, metal ion exchange can be carried out, and because of the existence of various active groups on its tissue structure, it can produce condensation or hydrogen bonding with other compounds. At present, sodium lignosulfonate products have been widely promoted and applied in the chemical industry, construction, ceramics, mineral powder metallurgy, pesticide, petroleum, carbon black, refractory materials, coal water slurry dispersant and other industries at home and abroad.
