50% Polycarboxylate Transparent Pale Yellow Liquid Construction Chemical Water Reducing Agent
50% Polycarboxylate PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Polycarboxylate superplasticizer JF-PL1
JF POLYCARBOXYLATE SUPERPLASTICIZER mother liquor (normal high range water reducer) is new generation polycarboxylate seires high range water reducing admixture. It combines macromers and small monomers of polyethenoxy ether through copolymerization of free radical. It has extreme high water reducing ratio and low slump loss, which can guarantee high water reduction when making concrete, and is w idely applied in pump concrete.
Product advantages
1. Good compatibility with various cements, good slump retention performance of concrete, prolonging the construction time of concrete.
2. Low dosage, high water reduction rate and small shrinkage.
3. Significantly improve the early and late strength of concrete.
4. This product has low chloride ion content and low alkali content, which is conducive to the durability of concrete.
5. The production process of this product is pollution-free and does not contain formaldehyde. It conforms to the ISO14000 international standard for environmental protection management and is a green and environmentally friendly product.
6. Using polycarboxylate type water reducing agent, more slag or fly ash can be used to replace cement, thereby reducing costs.

APPLICATIONS:
EFFECTS ON CONCRETE:
(1). Strong dispersion and high water reducing ratio. Suitable for making high strength concrete.
(2). Can effectively reduce concrete viscosity, good adhesion, moderate air content, suitable for pumping.
(3). Hardening and durability of concrete is good. Strength is high at every concrete ages. Good volume stability and anti-permeability, freezing thawing, anti-corrosion and anti-carbonation effect is good.
(4).Widely suitability for all mixing materials, such as portland cement, ordinary portland cement, slag portland, fly ash cement and volcanic ash cement.
(5). Environmental friendly and nontoxic.

Who We Are?
The superiority of high-performance concrete is not only high strength, but more importantly, this structural material has a series of corresponding excellent properties. Its early strength develops rapidly, even in winter, it only needs a short curing period, which ensures the progress of the project; it has long-term durability; it has strong chemical resistance and can be used in various special projects;
On the basis of water rate and high strength, it has excellent construction performance such as excellent working performance, easy pumping and easy compaction. In the technical measures for preparing high-performance concrete, the key lies in the rational use of high-performance chemical admixtures, especially high-performance water-reducing agents that have high-efficiency water reduction, proper air entrainment, and can reduce and prevent slump loss over time. In a sense, the most important feature of the current gap in concrete technology between countries is the level of development of admixtures, especially high-performance water-reducing agents.
