Polycarboxylate superplasticizer JF-PL1

Polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent contains hydrophilic groups (such as carboxyl, sulfonic acid groups and other anionic groups) and hydrophobic groups (such as alkyl) in its molecule, and is an anionic surfactant. When the polycarboxylate water-reducing Chemicalbook agent is added to the cement paste, a coexisting system of cement, water, and polycarboxylate water-reducing agent is formed, so that the cement particles can be dispersed, and the macroscopic performance is that the cement paste has a certain dispersion performance.

USING METHOD:

(1). The recommended dosage is 0.5% ~ 1% (based on weight of cementing material). The most suitable dosage should be finalized according to the materials and characters of project and tests.
(2). Can be mixing with water, or can be added into the concrete batching plant separately.
(3). Can be mixed with high plastic retention type polycarboxylate superplasticizr and all kinds of retarders

EFFECTS ON CONCRETE:

(1). Strong dispersion and high water reducing ratio. Suitable for making high strength concrete.
(2). Can effectively reduce concrete viscosity, good adhesion, moderate air content, suitable for pumping.
(3). Hardening and durability of concrete is good. Strength is high at every concrete ages. Good volume stability and anti-permeability, freezing thawing, anti-corrosion and anti-carbonation effect is good.
(4).Widely suitability for all mixing materials, such as portland cement, ordinary portland cement, slag portland, fly ash cement and volcanic ash cement.
(5). Environmental friendly and nontoxic.
