JF Dispersant NNO-B POWDER Product Introduce:
Synonyms:Concrete Admixture NNO Disperant
The role of dispersant NNO is to use wetting dispersant to reduce the time and energy required to complete the dispersion process, stabilize the dispersed pigment dispersion, modify the surface properties of pigment particles, adjust the movement of pigment particles, which is embodied in the following aspects: Shorten dispersing time, improve luster, improve coloring power and covering power, improve color development and tonality, prevent floating color hair, prevent flocculation, prevent settlement.

Dispersant NNO Related Principle:
The stability of the aqueous dispersion system of ultra-fine organic pigments is determined by the interaction of pigment particles, dispersing media and dispersing agent, among which the combination of dispersing agent on the particle surface can provide effective repulsive force is the main factor controlling the stable dispersion of ultra-fine organic pigments in the aqueous system. The basic principle is based on the molecular dispersant containing hydrophilic and lipophilic groups can be absorbed on the surface of pigment particles, through the charge stabilization or three-dimensional entropy stabilization to make the system to reach a stable dispersion state.
Adsorption of Dispersants By Organic Pigments:
In aqueous media, a repulsive force resulting from the hydrophobic effect that pushes the surfactant to the surface of a pigment. The hydrophobic effect is produced because water has a strong tendency to form hydrogen bonds. When contacting with substances that cannot form hydrogen bonds with water, in order not to destroy or destroy hydrogen bonds, the total energy of the system will not increase or not increase too much to push it away. If the substance is surface active, the hydrophobic part is pushed away and the hydrophilic part is in contact. In this case, the pigment particles become the core of a large micelle.
About Us:
These years, in order to respond to the national development strategy of Being Green, Environmental Protection, Energy Saving and Efficiency Improving, Jufu Chem has taken big efforts in production upgrading, output promoting and waste emission reducing. At the same time, Jufu Chem has developed some new products, such as dispersant NNO, dispersing agent MF, expanding industry from construction chemicals to textile, dyestuff, leather, pesticide and fertilizers.
