Dispersant NNO is usually used for dyeing polyester and nylon. Among them, polyester is usually dyed with disperse dyes; nylon can be dyed with acid, neutral, direct and reactive dyes, or it can be dyed with disperse dyes. For polyester and nylon interwoven fabrics, no matter what kind of dyeing effect (same color and different color) is to be achieved, and no matter what dyeing method (one-bath method or two-bath method) is used, disperse dyes are required. Due to the structural differences between polyester and nylon molecules, the binding force of disperse dyes to the two fibers is different, which directly leads to the difference in dyeing of polyester and nylon fibers by disperse dyes.

Dispersant process instructions:
The temperature and time of thermal solution play a key role in the diffusion and fixation of dyes.
1. Polyester melts at 260℃, and short-chain polymers are formed.
2. At 238~240℃, the fibers soften and lose all mechanical properties.
3. Disorientation occurs at 235℃.
4. The physical and mechanical properties of cotton fibers will be affected and decompose when treated at a temperature higher than 230℃ for 2min.
5. In theory, the thermal solution temperature must be below 225℃.
Relationship between dispersant and dye properties:
1. Dispersant for some dyes heat resistance is better, sublimation fastness is higher, heat solubility temperature is higher, generally the better the color.
2 sublimation fastness medium dye, adding dispersant at the beginning with the increase of hot solution temperature, color fixing rate increases, to a certain temperature, temperature increase, color fixing rate no longer increase, and may even decline.
3. After the use of dispersant, the sublimation fastness of the dye is very poor, the hot solution temperature increases, but the fixing rate decreases.
4. The temperature range of thermodissolve dyeing is generally 170~215℃.
