In the chemical, paper, coating, food, textile, pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors, silicone defoamer is an indispensable additive in the production process.

It can not only remove foam on the liquid surface of the process medium in the production process, thereby improving filtration, Separation, gasification, liquid drainage and other effects in the process of washing, extraction, distillation, evaporation, dehydration, drying, etc., to ensure the capacity of various material storage and processing containers.

Defoamer Method Of use :

The defoamer has excellent defoaming and defoaming properties. It can be added after the foam is generated or added to the product as a defoaming component. The amount of defoamer can be 10-100ppm.
The defoamer product can be used directly or diluted. If the foaming system can be fully stirred and dispersed, it can be added directly without dilution. If you need to dilute, please follow the dilution method provided by the technician. Do not directly dilute with water, otherwise it will be easy to layer and demulsify, which will affect the quality of the product. The company is not responsible for any consequences caused by direct dilution with water or improper processing or use.

Defoamer Packaging And Storage:

This product is packed in 25kg, 50kg, 120kg or 200kg plastic drums or ton drums. If you have special requirements, you can negotiate and customize. The storage temperature is 0~30℃. Do not place it near a heat source or expose it to sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali, salt, etc. to this product. Seal the container when not in use to avoid contamination by harmful bacteria. If there is stratification for a long time, please stir evenly, generally it will not affect the use effect. This product will freeze below 0°C. If it freezes, use after melting and stirring, it will not affect the effect.
Under the recommended storage temperature and unopened packaging conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
