The so-called building rubber powder is to use environmentally friendly glue and the corresponding (required) building powder materials to be used as an adhesive and coating layer. It is easy to use and can be dissolved in cold or warm water without heating.

Preparation of Redispersible Polymer Powder:

1. Measure 1000 kg of purified water in the mixing tank, and stir (800 rpm) when the mixing shaft produces a vortex, add 15-18 kg of environmentally friendly glue to the mixing tank evenly and uninterruptedly (note that the feed should not be too strong) and stir 15 -20 minutes. Let it stand for 15 minutes and stir again (800 rpm) for 5 minutes, then the material can be discharged. After discharging, there may be bubbles on the top of the packaging. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the use. The bubbles will disappear by itself after standing for a few hours.
2. The prepared glue can be directly mixed with conventional cement (42.5R) and medium sand powder to make interior wall tile adhesive. It is suitable for pasting tiles in kitchens and bathrooms.

Redispersible Polymer Powder Application:

1. Application in exterior wall putty. The prepared glue can be directly mixed with white cement at the construction site to make exterior wall putty. Proportional glue: white cement=1:3. It is suitable for the leveling of general exterior walls and is specially used for primer putty of exterior wall latex paint. Easy to polish and easy to construct.
2. Application in interior wall putty. The prepared glue can be directly mixed with white powder to make interior wall putty. Proportional glue: Dabaifen=1:3. It is suitable for leveling indoor walls and is specially used for primer putty of interior wall latex paint. Easy to polish and easy to construct. It can also be made into a paste to facilitate storage, transportation and construction. It can also be used to produce imitation porcelain putty, tempered putty, and water-resistant putty. Note: This product does not react with ultramarine pigments. You can also directly add 7-10 kg/ton of this rubber powder to make putty powder.
3. Application in gypsum putty. The prepared glue can be directly mixed with gypsum powder to make gypsum putty. Proportional glue: gypsum powder=1:3. It is suitable for the leveling of the yin and yang corners of the indoor wall and the wall with poor flatness. It can also be used for the internal insulation surface layer gypsum.
4. Application in plastering plaster. The prepared glue can be directly mixed with gypsum powder and water-washed sand to make the bottom plastering plaster. Please call for the ratio. It is suitable for leveling the yin and yang corners of the indoor wall and the wall with poor flatness.
5. Application in fast sticking powder. The prepared glue can be directly mixed and stirred with gypsum powder to make quick-sticking powder. Proportional glue: gypsum powder=1:3. It is suitable for the bonding of indoor gypsum lines. Due to the different strengths of gypsum with water, customers can add coagulant according to the strength of gypsum powder and setting time to ensure construction needs.
6. Application of bonding gypsum in external wall insulation. The prepared glue can be directly mixed and stirred with gypsum powder to make bonding gypsum. Proportional glue: gypsum powder=1:3. It is suitable for bonding gypsum and polystyrene board in the internal insulation of external walls.
7. Application in anti-humid environment putty. The prepared glue can be directly mixed with white cement heavy calcium powder to make putty resistant to humid environment. Please call for the ratio.
