Na Ligno Powder Lignosulfonic Acid Na Salt CAS 8061-51-6 Sodium Lignin Sulfonate
Ligninsulfonate SF-1 CAS 8068-05-1 Water Reducing Agent Product Description:
Sodium lignosulfonate is an inorganic substance with the chemical formula C20H24Na2O10S2. Sodium lignosulfonate can be used as an admixture for polymers and concrete, and has the advantages of low cost and environmental friendliness. Lignin is a natural polymer whose content is second only to cellulose and chitin in nature. One of its most extensive uses is to convert it into lignosulfonate through sulfonation modification, including sodium lignosulfonate. (Sodium Ligninsulfonate).

Lignin Molecular Structure Of Monomer:
Lignin is a complex phenolic polymer formed from three alcohol monomers (p-coumarol, coniferyl alcohol, and sinapyl alcohol).
Lignin is one of the components that make up plant cell walls and has the function of connecting cells. From the perspective of botany, lignin is the substance that surrounds the fiber bundle cells and thick-walled cells such as tracheids, ducts and wood fibers, and makes these cells have specific color reaction droplets, that is, red color; from chemistry From a point of view, lignin is a polymer formed by the random polymerization of highly substituted propane units. Together with cellulose and hemicellulose, it forms the main component of the plant skeleton, second only to cellulose in quantity. The lignin is filled in the cellulose framework to enhance the mechanical strength of the plant body, which is conducive to the water transport of the tissue and resists the invasion of the external environment. Lignin is contained more in hard tissues such as wood, but rarely contained in vegetables. It is generally found in the seeds of beans, wheat bran, strawberries and raspberries. Its role is to absorb bile acid, the main component of bile, and remove it from the body. In addition, although the details are not yet known, the structure of lignin is very similar to polyphenols. Therefore, there should be a close relationship between lignin and polyphenols. In short, both have a good effect on the body. Due to the presence of aromatic groups, phenols, alcohols, carbon-based conjugated double bonds and other groups in the molecular structure of lignin, it can undergo oxidation, reduction, hydrolysis, alcoholysis, acidolysis, carboxylation, phthalation, sulfonation, and alkylation. Many chemical reactions such as radicalization, halogenation, nitration, polycondensation or graft copolymerization. Among them, oxidation, phthalation, sulfonation, polycondensation, and graft copolymerization have shown particularly important roles in the application of lignin, as well as an important way to expand its application. In this process, the sulfonation reaction is the basis and prerequisite for the application of lignin. So far, most of the applications of lignin have been used in the form of lignosulfonate. In the process of pulp production by the sulfite method, it is precisely due to the sulfonation reaction between the sulfite solution and the original lignin in the wood flour that the sulfonic acid group is introduced and the hydrophilicity is increased. The acid salt further undergoes a hydrolysis reaction in the acidic cooking liquor to depolymerize the hemicellulose bound to the lignin, so that the lignosulfonate is dissolved, and the separation of lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose is achieved. In addition to pulp, it also makes the application of lignin possible.
