Naphthalene Superplasticizer, also called SNF/PNS/FND/, can be used as a high efficient concrete superplasticizer. In fact, snf superplasticizer is widely used in the cement and construction industry. For example, it has a strong dispersion of cement particles and high water reducing-rate on concrete. Adding it into concrete can not only save cement and improve the workability of concrete but also speed the construction progress up. This product has a good effect on preparing variety concretes, such as large flow concrete. Besides that, it can improve the performance of concrete.

Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Superplasticizer Application:

A. Used for and widely for self-cured, vapor-cured concrete and its formulations. At the early stage of application, extremely prominent effects are shown. As the result, the modulus and site utilization can be drastically, the procedure of vapor cure is omitted in peak-heat summer days. Statistically 40-60 metric tons of coal will be preserved when a metric ton of the material is consumed.

Polynaphthalene Sulfonate is a thinner, used in the papermaking industry to control the pulp, reduce the two-sidedness, improve the retention of fillers or fine fibers, improve sizing, and reduce coating viscosity. Used as a high-efficiency dispersant for water-based paints and pigment pastes. Used as a colorant dispersant in acrylic series, aldehyde-acrylic series, and chlorinated latex paints. It can also be used as an adhesive, polymer filler powder and sealing layer to improve water resistance.

Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Superplasticizer Usage:

A. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.
B. Prepare solutions as required.
C. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).
