Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer are designed for use in the production of dry construction mixes on the basis of the cement, gypsum, magnesia and polymer binding agents. The principle of action of the plasticizers is based on dispersion of the particles of binding agent due to electrostatic and steric effect of the adsorbed molecules of the plasticizer. The steric effect is achieved due to the hydrophobic side chains of the molecule of polycarboxylate ether.

Polycarboxylic acid high efficiency water reducing agent performance:
1. Special molecular structure and special branch structure design, which is used for hydrolysis reaction in fresh concrete. By adjusting the branch structure, the hydrolysis rate can be adjusted within the effective time to achieve selective protection effect.
2. Slow release property,This product is blended into concrete, slowly hydrolyzed, releasing carboxylic acid groups to achieve long-lasting dispersion effect, achieving ideal preservation effect.
3. The higher strength increase rate, the concrete mixed with the product does not change the setting time, overcomes the shortcomings of the general retarder to make the concrete final setting time too long, and the early strength development is too slow.
The influence of PH value on polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent:
1. With the increase of PH value, the compressive strength ratio of concrete tends to increase slightly, but the strength does not change significantly at the later stage.
2. With the increase of PH value, the initial water reduction rate of concrete has no obvious change, but the slump and expansion of concrete decrease obviously after one hour of time loss.
3. With the increase of PH value, the gas content of concrete has no obvious change, but the viscosity of concrete increases and the flow velocity decreases.
4. With the increase of PH value, the compressive strength ratio of concrete increases slightly at age, but the strength does not change significantly at later stage.
