JF SODIUM NAPHTHALENE SULFONATE POWDER (SNF-C)
(Synonyms: Sodium salt of Sulfonated Naphthalene formaldehyde poly condensate in powder form)
Sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde, also called SNF/PNS/FND/, can be used as a high efficient concrete superplasticizer. In fact, snf superplasticizer is widely used in the cement and construction industry. For example, it has a strong dispersion of cement particles and high water reducing-rate on concrete. Adding it into concrete can not only save cement and improve the workability of concrete but also speed the construction progress up. This product has a good effect on preparing variety concretes, such as large flow concrete. Besides that, it can improve the performance of concrete.

Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Superplasticizer Application:
1. Reduce 10 to 25 percent of cement content when the strength and the slump of the concrete are basically same.
2. When the water cement ratio is constant, it improves the initial slump of the concrete by more than 10cm, and the water-reducing ratio can reach 15 to 25 percent.
3. Has remarkable early strength and strengthening effects on the concrete, and improve the strength by 20 to 60 percent.
4. Improve the workability of the concrete and comprehensively improve the physical and chemical properties of the concrete.
5. Adapt to various cements well, and is well compatible with other types of 0s.
6. Particularly applicable to the following concrete projects: flowing concrete, plasticized concrete, steam-cured concrete, impermeable concrete, waterproof concrete, naturally-cured precast member concrete, reinforcing steel bars and prestressed reinforced concrete, high-strength and ultra-high-strength concrete.

Dosage:
The optimum dosage of Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (SNF/ PNS) to meet specific requirements should always be determined by trials using the materials and conditions that will be experienced in use.
Our Suggestions As Below:
A. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.
B. Prepare solutions as required.
C. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water Moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).
