SNF NSF PNS FDN CAS 9084-06-4 roduct Description:
Naphthalene formaldehyde sulphonate water reducing agent is a synthetic powder based onbeta-sulphonate formaldehyde ondensate
and reactive polymer.It has the properties of high range water reduction, set retarding and excellent strengthening.
nsf sodium sulfate is less than 10% , suitable to middle strength or high strengthconcrete where high range water reduction is desired.

Application:
A. Used for and widely for self-cured, vapor-cured concrete and its formulations. At the early stage of application, extremely prominent
effects are shown. As the result, the modulus and site utilization can be drastically, the procedure of vapor cure is omitted in peak-heat
summer days. Statistically 40-60 metric tons of coal will be preserved when a metric ton of the material is consumed.
B. Suitable for preparation of early-strength, high-strength, high-anti-filtration and self-sealing& pumpable concrete.
C. Widely used in pre-cast & ready-mixed concrete, armored concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete in key construction projects
such as dam and port construction, road building & town planning projects and dwelling erections etc.
D. Compatible with Portland cement, normal Portland cement, Portland slag cement, fly-ash cement and Portland pozzolanic cement etc.
SNF/ NSF/PNS/FDN Usage:
A. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.
B. Prepare solutions as required.
C. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).

1. Mixing amount: 0. 5-1. 0% of cementing materials, reducing rate: 20-30%
2. Keeping concrete strength intact & mixing this product, cement saving amount can reach 15-20%
3. Mixing this product 0. 7% (solid content) , slump constant increases above 10cm
4. Adapting to high strength, early strength, flowing, prefabricating & curing and prestressing force concretes etc.
