JF ANTIFOAM AGENT POWDER Product Description:

Defoamer is a modified polysiloxane emulsion product with long-lasting defoaming properties without affecting the gloss of the system. It is mainly recommended for water-based building interior and exterior wall coatings (flat, semi-gloss), water-based wood paints, water-based inks (high-gloss), water-based adhesives, paper coating, and emulsion polymerization.

Concrete defoamer Characteristics:

1. Spherical granular defoamer refined from simethicone, carrier, and various compounding agents;
2. It can maintain a good anti-foaming effect at a lower concentration.
3. Adding to the powder as a foam inhibitor does not affect the appearance.
4. Has a strong anti-foam performance.
5. Stable chemical properties.
6. The dosage is small and the overall performance is excellent.

Superiority:

1. Consist of Polysiloxane,silicone surfactant,white carbon black and dispersing agent.
2. Under the extremely low solubility has very good defoaming effect
3. With good stability, steady effect during storage life,no stratification under the condition of high temperature.

Organic Silicon Defoamer:

1. The defoamer is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silicone resin, white carbon black, dispersing agent and
stabilizer, etc.
2. At low concentrations, it can maintain good elimination bubble suppression effect.
3. Foam suppression performance is prominent
4. Easily dispersed in water
5. The compatibility of low and foaming medium
6. To prevent the growth of microorganisms

Dosage:

According to the different frothy system, make a conclusion by tryout. Normally between 0.03%-0.1% against the mortar weight.

Usage:

It is suggested to add 0.01-1.0% of the total amount, the best effect of inhibiting foam can be added before grinding or stirring, but it must be stirred evenly in order to get better distribution and effect. It is suggested to grind with the grinding part in colored paint.
Because of its high activity, it can be diluted to 10% with aromatic solvent in advance and then add it. Because hydropHobic particles precipitate easily, it is suggested to use up immediately after dilution

This product should be packed in 25KG barrels. Store it in a cool place and keep the container closed. The shelf life of the product is 24 months.​
