JF SODIUM LIGNOSULPHONATE POWDER (SF-1)
Sodium lignosulfonate is used as a defoamer in papermaking in the food industry and as an adhesive in articles that come in contact with food. It has antiseptic properties and is used as an ingredient in animal feed. It is also used in construction, ceramics, mineral powder, chemical industry, textile industry, metallurgical industry, petroleum industry, flame retardant materials, rubber vulcanization, organic polymerization.

Na Lignin Appearance:
1. Construction concrete additive
Sodium Lignosulphonate powder can be applied as common water reducing admixture and built material of series multifunction high-performance water reducers. Suitable for concrete, high fluidity concrete, pumping concrete, concrete products and concrete construction in summer as well as retarding the special requirements of concrete, concrete piles, concrete piles sink, hand-dug piles of concrete and underground bulk concrete construction, with good economic benefits.
2. Clay ceramic admixture
Experimental application of modified sodium ligninsulphonate series products of ceramic slurry, results showed that lignosulphonate has a better dispersion stability. Sodium Lignosulphonate has been widely applied as ceramic additives/admixtures of Industry.
3. Stabilized emulsions in drilling fluid
Sodium Lignosulphonate series products could emulsify two liquids which are not compatible like oil and water, make them highly connected with each other.
4. Dyestuff additive
Sodium lignosulphonate as dispersant has good heating stability, lower staining ability, minimize foaming.
5.Leather tanning
We have the light lignin products which dedicated to leather, it does not affect the leather color.Be widely used by leather users.
6. Soil improvement agent & plant growth regulator on Agriculture
Sodium lignosulphonate as soil conditioner/soil improvement agent are often used to reduce shrinkage yet maintain after-forming mechanical strength (because reduced amounts of plastic clays are needed). Especially, for the chemical fertilizer granulation, could make the wet past into granulation under low pressure extrusion is used for the conversion of powders into granules.
