JF SODIUM LIGNOSULPHONATE POWDER is produced from straw and wood mix pulp black liquor through filtration, sulfonation, concentration and spray drying, and is a powdery low air-entrained set retarding and water reducing admixture, belongs to an anionic surface active substance, has absorption and dispersion effect on the cement, and can improve various physical properties of the concrete.
Lignin is an amorphous polymer formed by connecting phenylpropane units through carbon-carbon bonds and ether bonds. It is the second largest biomass resource in the plant kingdom after cellulose. As a typical biomass material, lignin is one of the rare renewable resources among aromatic compounds. Lignin is the second largest resource of biomass material after cellulose in the plant kingdom.
he global annual output is about 50 million tons, of which the lignin derived from agricultural residues accounts for about 10% to 20%. It is derived from forest biomass materials. Lignin accounts for about 20% to 30%, and it has a wide range of sources and a huge output. Lignin has an amorphous and disordered structure, and phenylpropane is its basic structural unit. It is derived from three aromatic alcohol precursors, namely β-coumarol, coniferyl alcohol and sinapyl alcohol, corresponding to three types of lignin, namely P-hydroxyphenyl lignin, syringyl lignin and guaiacyl lignin.

Main Performance:
1. It can reduce 10% of water consumption at least;
2. It can improve mixture of the concrete;
3. There will be improvement for compression strength by more than 15% equally in 3-28 days;
