HEPG 2400 Based Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Monomer Water Reducing Agents
Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is a new generation of environmentally friendly superplasticizer, the liquid is light yellow or brownish red transparent liquid. The main component is a series of polycarboxylic acid polymers with a molecular weight of 5000-50000. The performance comparison with similar products at home and abroad shows that the polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer has reached the current international advanced level in terms of technical performance indicators and cost performance.
It is a series of water reducing agents with excellent performance that integrates water reduction, slump protection, reinforcement, anti-shrinkage and environmental protection. It can completely solve the weaknesses of high-strength, high-performance concrete with high viscosity and poor construction performance. It is used to formulate high-strength , Ideal admixture for high performance concrete. Application:
· Traditional ones including high speed railways, highways, (air)ports, (hydro)power plants in forms of pre-cast concrete, reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete;
· Specifically designed for projects which have more demanding requirements on transportation/construction period as well as slump retention (e.g. nuclear plants)

Method of Use:
· Recommended dosage: 0.2~0.8% of comenting material
· Concrete test in advance necessary for optimal dosage confirmation

· Compatibility test necessary in case of other concrete additives being used in combination
Packing and Storage:
· 200kgs or 1000kgs sealed barrels with six-month shelf life
· Stored at dark and cool places at -5°C to 40°C (23°F to 104°F) temperature range
