JF ANTIFOAM AGENT POWDER Product Description:

Concrete or mortar defoaming agent/mortar defoamer is a powder defoamer of non-ionic surfactants for cement and gypsum based dry-mixed mortar mix. It is with characters of easy dispersed, quickly anti-foamed, high stability, adaptability. It has better performance in bubble prohibition. Powder defoamer is able to defoam microbubbles in producing building materials and the mortar can has excellent durability and shear stability and strength.

JF defoamer mainly achieves the purpose of eliminating foam by changing the interfacial tension of the foaming system. Generally, the concentration is 50-100ppm, and it has a good defoaming effect at a very low concentration.
(1) Low surface tension (21 mN/m) and fast spreading rate;
(2) Good dispersibility and small usage amount (50-100ppm), which can effectively reduce costs;
(3) Good acid and alkali resistance, good chemical stability, and little impact on the system;
(4) Good heat resistance and low decomposition rate at high temperature.

JF antifoam has fast defoaming speed, good water dispersibility, good foam suppression function, high shear force and good stability. Widely used in: ink coating, adhesive, Styrene acrylic emulsion,architectural concrete, textile printing and dyeing, paper industry, steel rolling industry, petrochemical industry, drilling mud, fermentation industry , rubber industry, industrial detergent, cleaning agent, water treatment, agriculture and other industries.
