JF SODIUM NAPHTHALENE SULFONATE POWDER (SNF-A)
(Synonyms: Sodium salt of Sulfonated Naphthalene formaldehyde poly condensate in powder form)
SNF's full name is Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate. Its high purity makes cement particles with high dispersancy, low foaming, high range water reducing and obvious strengthening so that we can accelerate project mould turnover and construction speed, and save cement, and also improve cement mobility and workability. SNF is a high range concrete admixture of concrete cast-in-place, prefabricating, pump and curing.

Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Superplasticizer Application:
In the construction market PNS plays a very important role as an admixture in concrete known as superplasticizer. PNS plays important role in concrete, cement, gypsum, and mortar mixes. There are three different plasticizers; plasticizer, intermediate plasticizer, and superplasticizer. Each defines water reduction capacity in the concrete mix while the concrete slump is basically unchanged. Concrete plasticizers improve the rheology, mechanical, and flow properties of concrete while increasing concrete strength, promoting compaction, and providing optimium workability. In summary, plasticizers reduce the amount of water and increase the strength of the concrete. Improve the pore structure of concrete and increase its compactness. Reduce the bleeding and segregation of concrete mixture and delay the setting time of the mixture. Save cement consumption and reduce engineering cost and improve the quality of the concrete in the construction project.
Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Usage:
1. To provide initial workability especially with low water cement ratio.
2. To significantly improve the initial workability of site mixed concrete without increasing water demand.
3. To provide improved durability by increasing ultimate strengths and reducing concrete permeability.
4. To have high slump retention with early setting time.
Technical Features & Adaptability:
1. Mixing amount: 0. 5-1. 0% of cementing materials, reducing rate: 20-30%
2. Keeping concrete strength intact & mixing this product, cement saving amount can reach 15-20%
3. Mixing this product 0. 7% (solid content) , slump constant increases above 10cm
4. Adapting to high strength, early strength, flowing, prefabricating & curing and prestressing force concretes etc.
5. The agent can be combined with other externally applied agents if pilot devement or laboratory experiment succeeds.
Dosage:
The optimum dosage of Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (SNF/ PNS) to meet specific requirements should always be determined by trials using the materials and conditions that will be experienced in use.
Our Suggestions As Below:
A. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.
B. Prepare solutions as required.
C. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water Moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).
