Powdery Naphthalene Water Reducer for Concrete Using Admixture/SNF Concrete Admixture/SNF Mortar Admixture

Naphthalene Water Reducer is a mid-range water-reducing and plasticizing admixture for concrete. Naphthalene Water Reducer shows improved finishing characteristics when compared to other commonly used (typically 5-6% water reduction) or (typically 12-15% water reduction) admixtures. This mid-range approach to water reducing admixtures allows for a wide range of usable dosage rates for a broad application spectrum. Naphthalene Water Reducer as produced, should be used as received and does not contain calcium chloride.

Polynaphthalene Sulfonate Superplasticizer Application:

1. Reduce 10 to 25 percent of cement content when the strength and the slump of the concrete are basically same.
2. When the water cement ratio is constant, it improves the initial slump of the concrete by more than 10cm, and the water-reducing ratio can reach 15 to 25 percent.
3. Has remarkable early strength and strengthening effects on the concrete, and improve the strength by 20 to 60 percent.
4. Improve the workability of the concrete and comprehensively improve the physical and chemical properties of the concrete.
5. Adapt to various cements well, and is well compatible with other types of 0s.
6. Usage Instruction:

1. The dosage range of blends is 0.5-1.2%. According to the project object and the materials used in the construction process.Select the appropriate mixed dose.
2. FDN powder is recommended in solution. It can be used in a dry state, but be sure to mix with it,The concrete shall be fully mixed.
3. If the product is used by dead water mixing method or post mixing method, the water reducing and dispersion effect is better.
4. This product can be prepared with other kinds of concrete admixtures. It can be mixed with fly ash, ground slag, etc.The admixture is "double mixed", but the mixing amount shall be calculated according to the total amount of cementitious materials.
5. When the product is used for the first time or the cement variety changes, it shall be based on the materials and construction methods adopted on site Concrete trial mix is required. Adjust the construction mix proportion according to the test results as the guidance of construction mix proportion.
