Alkali lignin Powder is a dark brown powder, is a polymer anion surfactant, can exchange metal ions, molecular weight 1000-100000. Low density, not easy to absorb moisture.It has good adhesion. The viscosity of aqueous solution increases with the increase of concentration, and the viscosity increases obviously when the concentration reaches 35% (weight ratio).Good water solubility, high chemical stability, can be prepared into 40% (weight ratio) aqueous solution, the product quality is stable and reliable.

Function:

1. Briquette binder: can be used in briquette manufacturers as the binder of briquette.
2. Geological and oil field drilling mud auxiliaries: used to consolidate wellbore and oil production water plugging agent, and can improve the rheological properties of mud.
3. Pesticide diffuser, neutralizer: used in pesticide production, can be used as diffuser of wettable powder and polyvalent metal neutralizer.
4. Mineral processing flotation aids: it can be used as mineral processing flotation aids in metallurgical industry to restrain gangue and increase mineral processing yield.
5. Stone processing aids: used in stone village processing, sawing stone coolant can be prepared to greatly improve work efficiency.
6. Slow-release agent of chemical fertilizer: it can be used in nitrogen fertilizer industry as a slow-release agent of nitrogen fertilizer to delay the loss of nitrogen fertilizer in soil.
7. Coal water slurry additive: can be used as coal water slurry additive, suitable for pre-furnace slurry blending, reduce the cost of pulping.

Test Method:

Preparation of filter bags and samples:
1. Use a solvent-resistant marker to number the filter bag and weigh it (m 1).
2. 0.5 g (±0.05 g) prepared sample (m) was weighed directly and accurately in the filter bag. The sample needs to be crushed through a 1 mm sieve.
3. Seal with a sealing machine about 5 mm from the upper edge of the filter bag. Then the sample is flattened in the filter bag and evenly distributed.
4. Take at least one blank filter bag (C1) and do blank determination at the same time.
5. First, it was treated according to the method of ADF determination.
After ADF determination, put the dried filter bag / sample into a 3 L beaker and immerse the filter bag with 72% sulfuric acid (about 250mL).

Important: the filter bag must be completely dry and cooled to room temperature before adding concentrated acid. If there is moisture in the filter bag and heat is produced after adding sulfuric acid, it is easy to scorch the sample in the bag and affect the determination results.
