JF-PL2 is a new generation of polycarboxylic acid type high-performance water reducer made of methylallyl polyoxyethylene ether and small monomer through free radical polymerization.The product has high water reduction rate and low slump loss performance, which can ensure the excellent workability of prepared concrete, high strength and excellent durability.

Main Performance:
1. It is suitable for different types of cement and is a good dispersant, especially for early strength cement.
2. According to the recommended dosage, the water reduction rate can reach 30%.
3. Improve the durability and impermeability of concrete, reduce shrinkage, and effectively reduce the adverse effects of concrete cracks.
4. The air content should be controlled below 3.5%, or the dosage can be adjusted according to special requirements.
The influence of PH value on polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent:
1. With the increase of PH value, the compressive strength ratio of concrete tends to increase slightly, but the strength does not change significantly at the later stage.
2. With the increase of PH value, the initial water reduction rate of concrete has no obvious change, but the slump and expansion of concrete decrease obviously after one hour of time loss.
3. With the increase of PH value, the gas content of concrete has no obvious change, but the viscosity of concrete increases and the flow velocity decreases.
4. With the increase of PH value, the compressive strength ratio of concrete increases slightly at age, but the strength does not change significantly at later stage.
Recommended Parameters And Usage:
1.The admixture of JF-PL2 polycarboxylate superplasticizer slump retention is generally 0.1% ~ 0.4% of the total weight of cemening materials.
2.This product can only be used after field test under low temperature or negative temperature condition, to prevent concrete slump from increasing
Attention:
1.Do not mix with naphthalene superplasticizer and other compound products;
2.Experiments must be carried out when mixing with other additives.
