Polycarboxylate superplasticizer JF-PL1
JF-PL1 is an Eco-friendly new generation high performance polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer ,It is comb shape. The main chains of the high performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecular are absorbed onto the surface of the cement granules, which can effectively hinder the hydration, enhance its flowing retention ability, the branch chains surrounded by the cement granules, play dual roles of steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion, it is totally different from the conventional water reducing agents. So the high performance polycarboxylic ether based superplasticizer has better dispersion and water reducing effect.

Usage & Precaution Of Superplasticizer:
1.This product is a liquid. You can directly mix the weighed amount and mixing water into the mixed concrete when using it. If it is measured in a volume unit, the weight should be converted into a volume unit based on the density of the product;
2.If the user uses it for the first time or when he replaces cement, admixtures, etc., he should re-test according to the concrete mix ratio and the environmental temperature and humidity conditions during construction. The properties of the newly-mixed concrete tested and assisted in the adaptability adjustment of the external additives;
3.This product must not be mixed with naphthalene-based water-reducing agents;
4.When mixed with other kinds of admixtures at the same time, the compatibility of concrete and other related performance indexes should be tested and verified.
