Polycarboxylate PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a polycarboxylate based high range water-reducing admixture which enables concrete to be produced with very low water to cement ratios.Polycarboxylate superplasticizer does not contain added chlorides and will not promote corrosion in steel. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is compatible with air-entraining agents, microsilica, accelerators and many other admixtures; however,each material should be added to the concrete separately.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
1. High water reduction rate. The product can significantly strengthen concrete and reduce the amount of cement to be used.
2. Less usage of admixtures. It is more economic than naphthalene water reducers and other superplasticizers to achieve similar water reducing rate.
3. It can improve the workability of concrete, causing little bleeding or segregation.
4. High compatibility with different kinds of cement. It can keep good dispersing quality and plasticity for various cement types and admixtures.

EFFECTS ON CONCRETE:

(2). Can effectively reduce concrete viscosity, good adhesion, moderate air content, suitable for pumping.
(3). Hardening and durability of concrete is good. Strength is high at every concrete ages. Good volume stability and anti-permeability, freezing thawing, anti-corrosion and anti-carbonation effect is good.
(4).Widely suitability for all mixing materials, such as portland cement, ordinary portland cement, slag portland, fly ash cement and volcanic ash cement.
