JF POLYCARBOXYLATE SUPERPLASTICIZER POWDER (normal high range water reducer) is new generation polycarboxylate series high range water reducing admixture. It combines macromers and small monomers of polyethenoxy ether through copolymerization of free radical. It has extreme high water reducing ratio and low slump loss, which can guarantee high water reduction when making concrete, and is widely applied in pump concrete.
USING METHOD:
(1). The recommended dosage is 0.5% ~ 1% (based on weight of cementing material). The most suitable dosage should be finalized according to the materials and characters of project and tests.
(2). Ccan be mixing with water, or can be added into the concrete batching plant separately.
(3). Can be mixed with high plastic retention type polycarboxylate superplasticizr and all kinds of retarders.
