Calcium lignosulfonate Specific Purpose:
1. Calcium lignosulfonate can be used as a water reducing agent and retarder in construction concrete engineering, which can improve workability and improve engineering quality.
2. As a viscous agent, it can be used as a reinforcing agent for foundry sand ceramics and refractory materials.
3. Used as a flotation agent for beneficiation and a binder for smelting ore powder.
4. Calcium lignosulfonate can be used as a pesticide filler and emulsifier.
Calcium Lignosulfonate Dosage and Dissolution Method:
The dosage of calcium lignosulfonate water reducing agent to cement is 0.2-0.3%. Generally, 0.25% is used. For example, if 400kg of cement is used in 1 cubic meter of concrete, 1.0kg of calcium lignosulfonate is mixed. Dissolution method: Dissolve 25 kilograms of each bag of calcium lignosulfonate dry powder in 200 kilograms of clean water at a time, stir thoroughly to make it completely dissolved. In order to facilitate the construction and operation, the quantitative method can be used, that is, the dissolved water reducing agent is poured into the kneader at one time.
