How To Use Calcium Lignosulfonate:
1. The recommended dosage of calcium lignosulfonate water-reducing agent in concrete is 0.2–0.3% (based on cement). The user should determine the optimal dosage through experiments.
2. The calcium lignosulfonate water-reducing agent can be used as a solution, or it can be added to the mixer at the same time with cement and aggregate to extend the mixing time.
Ca Lignin Sulfonate Matters Needing Attention:
a. When using calcium lignosulfonate water-reducing agent, strictly control the amount of blending.
b. When the temperature is lower than 5℃, it is not suitable to use calcium lignosulfonate water-reducing agent alone in general concrete engineering.
c. In steam-cured concrete, please determine the dosage through experiments.
d. Calcium lignosulfonate water reducing agent is not suitable for cement with gypsum regulator.
