NNO dispersant for textile dyes and leather dyeing disperse dyes
JF Dispersant NNO-A POWDER Product Description:
Synonyms:FORMALDEHYDE-2-NAPHTHALENESULFONIC ACID-SODIUM SALT POLYMER
The dispersant plays a role in uniformly dispersing the dye and preventing the aggregation of the dye during the dyeing process, and prevents the oligomeric viscous material accumulated after a small amount of dye is damaged from staining the fabric. Most of the commonly used dispersants are anionic surfactants. Such as the formaldehyde sulfonic acid dispersant NNO, dispersant CNF and so on. Followed by non-ionic surfactants, such as fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester silane structure dispersant WA, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether structure flat plus O and so on. Cationic and zwitterionic surfactants are rarely used in dyeing.

Influence Of Dispersant On Evenness:
Hydrophobic disperse dyes have a greater affinity for spandex, and the structure of spandex is loose, so the initial dyeing rate is higher, especially for dyes with larger molecular volume. The additive can combine with the dye molecules to reduce the dyeing rate, or increase the dyeing rate by solubilizing. As the solubility of dyes has a great influence on dyeing rate, the solubilizing dyeing effect of additives is obvious.
The Effect Of pH On The Color Fastness Of Fabrics To Light And Perspiration:
By changing the pH of the fabric surface, it has a certain degree of influence on the light and sweat resistance of the fabric. When the fabric surface is neutral again, its light and sweat resistance is the best. When the pH of the fabric surface is adjusted, its color fastness to light and sweat shows a certain degree of decline.
When the surface of the fabric is adjusted to be acidic, the color fastness to acid and sweat decreases significantly; when the surface of the fabric is adjusted to be alkaline, the color fastness to alkali and sweat decreases significantly. The reason for this rule may be that the acid-base substances on the surface of the fabric strengthen or weaken the effect of the acid-base on the fabric during the test, which leads to the change of the light and sweat resistance of the fabric.
1. The color fastness of reactive dye dispersants to light and perspiration is not only related to the concentration of dyeing, but also to the type of the dye's natural color. The structure of different dyes' natural color causes the difference in their color fastness to light and sweat.
2. When the fabric surface is neutral again, its light and sweat resistance is the best. When the pH of the dispersant on the fabric surface is adjusted, the color fastness to light and sweat will decrease to a certain extent.
3. A variety of colors are dyed after color matching, and the fabric has different light and sweat fastness characteristics. There will be differences in the actual application process, which will have a certain degree of influence on the light and sweat fastness of the fabric.
