Diffusing agent MF is a condensation product of sodium methyl naphthalene sulfonate (including sodium α-methyl naphthalene sulfonate and sodium β-methyl naphthalene sulfonate) and formaldehyde. It is naphthalene (including methyl naphthalene, dimethyl naphthalene, etc.) )—One of the sulfuric acid-formaldehyde condensate series (NSF series for short). MF is an anionic surfactant with good diffusion properties and is mainly used to disperse water-insoluble dyes (such as disperse blue 2BLN, HGL, etc.)

It can also be used as a dispersant for pigments, coatings, brighteners, etc. in water. In addition, it can also be used as an early strength water reducer for coagulation seven. The water reduction rate can reach more than 25% in the best formulation. Increase the label by 2 levels.

Dispersant MF Dosage:

1. As a disperse filler for disperse dyes and vat dyes.The dosage is 0.5~3 times of vat dyes or 1.5~2 times of disperse dyes.
2. For dyeing, the dosage of dispersant MF is 3~5g/L, or 15~20g/L dispersant MF used in reducing bath.
3. Polyester dyed with high temperature/high pressure disperse dyes 0.5~1.5g/L.
4. For dyeing with azo dyes, the amount of dispersant is 2~5g/L, and the amount of dispersant MF in the color-developing bath is 0.5~2g/L.

Dispersant MF Instructions:

a. The dispersant MF is ground and crushed together with the disperse dye. The amount of MF is 50%-200% of the amount of the dye. After crushing, it is spray-dried at 115°C so that the dye particles will not agglomerate.
b. The dosage of vat dye crushing and dispersing agent MF is 50%-200% of the amount of vat dye, and the dosage is similar to NNO and the dye lifting rate is improved.
c. The amount of cement water reducing agent is 0.3%-0.7%, which has a good dispersion effect on cement and increases cement strength. Dispersant MF has improved the tensile, stain resistance, frost resistance and compressive elastic modulus of concrete, and has no corrosion effect on steel bars.
