Melamine Production Process:
1. Urea dissolution: steam the particle urea, into liquid, self flow to the storage tank.
2. Liquid and urine circulation: liquid and urine is circulated between the tank and the washing tower, and the process gas is washed to provide power for the reactor feeding.
3. Triamine generation: under the action of catalyst, anhydrous urea is heated by molten salt and reacts to generate gaseous triamine. After cooling of conductive liquid and filtering by filter, it enters into crystallizer and gets finished triamine after gas-solid separation.
4. Cycle of process gas: the process gas after separation of melamine enters the scrubber tower under the pressure of the air conditioner fan, and the unreacted urea and unseparated melamine are recovered after being washed and cooled by circulating liquid urine. Most of the gas enters the crystallizer to promote the crystallization of triamine gas; A small part enters the tail gas absorption tower; The remaining gas enters the reactor after being pressurized by the carrier gas compressor.
5. Finished product packaging: the separated triamine is transported to the finished product silo by the pressure screw machine and Roots fan, and then sent to the warehouse for sale after being packaged by large and small packing machines.
6. Ammonia carbon separation: after the tail gas is absorbed into methylammonium solution in the absorption tower, it is sent to the ammonia carbon separation device. After decarbonization, desorption, removal of carbon, freezing, compression and condensation, the finished liquid ammonia is sent to the storage tank for sale.
