Melamine Production Process:
1. Urea dissolution: Use steam to heat granular urea, turn it into a liquid state, and flow to the storage tank by itself.
2. Liquid urine circulation: Liquid urine circulates between the storage tank and the scrubber to wash the process gas and provide power for the reactor feed.
3. Triamine formation: Under the action of a catalyst, anhydrous urea is heated by molten salt to generate gaseous triamine, which enters the crystallizer through cooling of the conductive liquid and filtration through a filter, and the finished product triamine is obtained after gas-solid separation.
4. Circulation of process gas: the process gas after separation of melamine enters the scrubbing tower after being compressed by the air-conditioning fan. After the circulating liquid urine is washed and cooled, the unreacted urea and unseparated melamine are recovered, and most of the gas enters the crystallizer to promote The crystallization of triamine gas; a small part enters the tail gas absorption tower; the rest of the gas enters the reactor after being pressurized by the carrier gas compressor.
5. Finished product packaging: The separated triamine is transported to the finished product silo by a pressure screw and Roots blower, and then packaged by a large and small packaging machine, and then sent to the warehouse for sale.
6. Ammonia-carbon separation: After the tail gas is absorbed into the methylammonium liquid in the absorption tower, it is sent to the ammonia-carbon separation device. After decarbonization, desorption, carbon removal, freezing, compression, and condensation, the finished liquid ammonia is sent to the storage tank for sale.
