JF SULFONATED MELAMINE FORMALDEHYDE RESIN Product Introduce:

 

The main post-processed product of melamine is melamine-formaldehyde resin (a kind of amino resin). From this product as a starting point, a series of products for different purposes are derived according to different uses and different process conditions, which are mainly used as coating crosslinking agents, fabric finishing agents, paper-making wet strength agents, polishes, water repellents, leather tanning agents, flame retardants, high-efficiency cement water reducers, adhesives and impregnating agents for comprehensive wood processing, etc.; melamine molding compounds are widely used to make tableware , Electrical components, sanitary ware, house decoration materials, etc.

 

In use, it should be strictly proportioned with the reacted components. Because of the different proportions, the performance of the resulting product will be greatly changed.

Melamine Production Process:


1. Urea dissolution: Use steam to heat granular urea, turn it into a liquid state, and flow to the storage tank by itself.
2. Liquid urine circulation: Liquid urine circulates between the storage tank and the scrubber to wash the process gas and provide power for the reactor feed.
3. Triamine formation: Under the action of a catalyst, anhydrous urea is heated by molten salt to generate gaseous triamine, which enters the crystallizer through cooling of the conductive liquid and filtration through a filter, and the finished product triamine is obtained after gas-solid separation.

 

4. Circulation of process gas: the process gas after separation of melamine enters the scrubbing tower after being compressed by the air-conditioning fan. After the circulating liquid urine is washed and cooled, the unreacted urea and unseparated melamine are recovered, and most of the gas enters the crystallizer to promote The crystallization of triamine gas; a small part enters the tail gas absorption tower; the rest of the gas enters the reactor after being pressurized by the carrier gas compressor.
 

5. Finished product packaging: The separated triamine is transported to the finished product silo by a pressure screw and Roots blower, and then packaged by a large and small packaging machine, and then sent to the warehouse for sale.
6. Ammonia-carbon separation: After the tail gas is absorbed into the methylammonium liquid in the absorption tower, it is sent to the ammonia-carbon separation device. After decarbonization, desorption, carbon removal, freezing, compression, and condensation, the finished liquid ammonia is sent to the storage tank for sale.
