Sodium methylene dinaphthalene sulfonate (MF Dispersant) is a chemical substance, an anionic surfactant. It is mainly used as a leveling agent for dyeing, a dispersant for making lakes, and a diluent for vat dyes. The rubber industry is used as a dispersant for fillers and auxiliaries. In the leather industry, it is used as a dyeing aid and a tanning aid, and can also be used as a cement water reducer.

MF Dispersant Application:
1.Dispersant MF is mainly used as dispersant and tilling agent for vat dyes and disperse dyes.It can also be used as a diffusing agent in the manufacture of colorants.
2.Dispersant MF can be used as early strength water reducer for concrete,which can shorten construction period,save cement,save water,increase cement strength.
3.In printing and dyeing industry,it is used as vat dye suspersion padding and soluble vat dye dyeing.
4.In leather industry,it is used as a tanning aid.
5.In subber industry,it can be a stabilizer for latex.
Characteristics Of MF Rubber Dispersant:
A. Multi-point anchors are formed on the surface of the particles, which improves the fastness of adsorption and is not easy to desorb.
B. The solvation chain is longer than the lipophilic group of the traditional dispersant, which can effectively stabilize the space.
C. It forms a very weak capsule, which is easy to move, and can quickly move to the surface of the particle to protect it from wetting.
D. No lipophilic film is introduced on the surface of the particles, so as not to affect the application performance of the final product.
MF Dispersant Preparation:
Using 235-250℃ boiling fraction of coal tar (containing 2-methylnaphthalene as the main component) as raw material, sulfonated to obtain methylnaphthalenesulfonic acid, and then condensed with formaldehyde.
MF Dispersant Packing And Storage:
1. The dispersant MF is packaged in a woven bag lined with plastic film, 25Kg per bag, with the product name, net weight, production unit, address, etc. printed on the bag.
2. It should be protected from rain and moisture during storage. If there is agglomeration, please mix it into a solution or crush it without affecting the effect.
3. The shelf life is two years.
