Sodium methylene dinaphthalene sulfonate (MF dispersant) is a chemical, anionic surfactant. Mainly used as dyeing levelling agent, lake dispersant and diluent of VAT dyes. Dispersants used in the rubber industry as fillers and auxiliaries. In the leather industry, used as printing and dyeing AIDS and tanning AIDS, also can be used as cement water reducer.

MF Dispersant Application:

1. Dispersant MF is mainly used as dispersant and sorting agent of VAT dyes and disperse dyes. It can also be used as a diffuser in colorant manufacturing.
2. Dispersant MF can be used as early strength water reducing agent of concrete, which can shorten construction period, save cement, save water and improve cement strength.
3. In the printing and dyeing industry, used for VAT dye mixing and soluble VAT dye dyeing.
4. It is used as a tanning agent in the leather industry.

Characteristics Of MF Rubber Dispersant:

A. Multi-point anchoring is formed on the particle surface to improve the adsorption fastness and make it difficult to desorption.
B. The solvent chain can effectively stabilize the space compared with the lipophilic group of traditional dispersants.
C. Form a very fragile capsule that is easy to move and can quickly move to the surface of the particle to protect the particle from moisture.

MF Dispersant Preparation:

Methyl naphthalene sulfonic acid was prepared by sulfonation of coal tar (containing 2-methyl naphthalene as the main component) from boiling fraction at 235-250℃, and then condensed with formaldehyde.

1. Dispersant MF is packed in woven bags lined with plastic film, each bag 25Kg, with product name, net weight, production unit, address and so on printed on the bags.
