Calcium formate is white crystal with excellent fluidity, which is often used as an setting-Accelerator in mortar. It can accelerate the hardening speed of cement, improve the early strength, and avoid the slow setting speed of mortar in winter construction or low temperature and humidity. So that the mortar can be put into use as early as possible, especially contributing to the early strength.

Calcium Formate Usage:

1. For architecture. Quick curing agent, lubricant and early strengthening agent for cement. Suitable for building mortar and all kinds of concrete, accelerate cement hardening, shorten the setting time, especially in winter construction, avoid low temperature setting speed too slow. Demoulding fast, so that cement as soon as possible to improve the strength into use. The dosage of calcium formate is about 0.5~1.0% / ton concrete, and the addition amount is 2.5%. The amount of calcium formate increased gradually with the decrease of temperature, and a significant early strength effect was achieved even with the application of 0.3-0.5% in summer.

Transportation And Storage:
