Calcium Formate Usage:

1. For architecture. Quick curing agent, lubricant and early strengthening agent for cement. Demoulding fast, so that cement as soon as possible to improve the strength into use. The dosage of calcium formate is about 0.5~1.0% / ton concrete, and the addition amount is 2.5%. The amount of calcium formate increased gradually with the decrease of temperature, and a significant early strength effect was achieved even with the application of 0.3-0.5% in summer.

Transportation And Storage:

Pay attention to rain, sun, acid and oxidizing substances during the transportation. Use no hook, prohibit rough handling. Should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse, pay attention to water, damp and away from acid and oxidizing substances. The shelf life is two years since the production date.

Calcium Formate Preparation:

1. Lime milk and CO are prepared by reacting under pressure and heating.
2. Neutralization of formic acid and lime milk; Remarks: Decomposes at 400°C. 2. Dissolve pure calcium carbonate in 90% formic acid and heat to release carbon dioxide. Calcium formate precipitates out of solution. The crystals were collected by filtration and dried at 140°C to constant weight.
