Dispersant NNO Related Principle:
The stability of the aqueous dispersion system of ultra-fine organic pigments is determined by the interaction of pigment particles, dispersing media and dispersing agent, among which the combination of dispersing agent on the particle surface can provide effective repulsive force is the main factor controlling the stable dispersion of ultra-fine organic pigments in the aqueous system. The basic principle is based on the molecular dispersant containing hydrophilic and lipophilic groups can be absorbed on the surface of pigment particles, through the charge stabilization or three-dimensional entropy stabilization to make the system to reach a stable dispersion state.
Adsorption of Dispersants By Organic Pigments:
In aqueous media, a repulsive force resulting from the hydrophobic effect that pushes the surfactant to the surface of a pigment. The hydrophobic effect is produced because water has a strong tendency to form hydrogen bonds. When contacting with substances that cannot form hydrogen bonds with water, in order not to destroy or destroy hydrogen bonds, the total energy of the system will not increase or not increase too much to push it away. If the substance is surface active, the hydrophobic part is pushed away and the hydrophilic part is in contact. In this case, the pigment particles become the core of a large micelle.
NNO Usage:
1. The dispersing agent NNO is mainly used for disperse dyes, vat dyes, reactive dyes, acid dyes and as dispersant in leather dye, grinding efficiency, solubilization, excellent dispersibility.
2. It also can be used for textile printing and dyeing, as dispersing agent in wettable pesticide, dispersing agent in papermaking plating additive, water soluble coating, pigment dispersing agent, water treatment agent, carbon black dispersing agent, etc.
In industry, it is mainly used for reducing pigment pad dyeing dyes, vat acid leuco dyeing, dispersion and soluble dyes dyeing etc.
3. It can also be used in dyeing silk/wool intervoen fabric to make the silk colorless.
4. In dye industry,it mainly used as dispersing, auxiliary of diffusion in the manufacture of colour lake, increase rubber latex stability, as well as auxiliary tanning agent in leather
