JF SODIUM NAPHTHALENE SULFONATE POWDER (SNF-A1)

JF SODIUM NAPHTHALENE SULFONATE POWDER is a highly effective water reducing and dispersing agent for concrete. It is designed to formulate construction chemicals for concrete. It is compatible with all of the additives used in construction chemical formulations.

Product Performance Characteristics:
1. The product has a high water reduction rate of 15-30% and can significantly increase the strength of concrete at various ages.
2. Adding this product with the same construction conditions and design strength can save 10-20% of cement.
3. It has good adaptability to Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement and fly ash Portland cement.
4. It can significantly improve the durability of concrete impermeability and antifreeze.
5. Low alkali content, per cubic meter of concrete (the amount of cement is 400KG), the alkali content (combined Na2O) increased by adding this agent is less than 1KG.
6. In accordance with the use of aliphatic water reducing agent and sulfamate water reducing agent, the effect and plasticity of the product are obviously improved.
SNF/ NSF/PNS/FDN Usage:
A. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.
B. Prepare solutions as required.
C. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).
Technical Features & Adaptability:
1. Mixing amount: 0. 5-1. 0% of cementing materials, reducing rate: 20-30%
2. Keeping concrete strength intact & mixing this product, cement saving amount can reach 15-20%
3. Mixing this product 0. 7% (solid content) , slump constant increases above 10cm
4. Adapting to high strength, early strength, flowing, prefabricating & curing and prestressing force concretes etc.
5. The agent can be combined with other externally applied agents if pilot devement or laboratory experiment succeeds.

Powder package by plastic bag lined or woven inside,paper bag net weight 25 To 40 kg,liquid used plastic barrel,metal barrel,net weight 200kg,1000kg,Also can be used transport tankers in bulk transport tanker.Transport should prevent moisture,The drum should prevent leakage or evaportation drying.
Storage Conditions and Period of Validity:
Powder should be stored in a dry,ventilated warehouse.When it trun to block in storage,should make it to liquid if passed validity,should test before use. The validity is 2 years.
