Dispersant NNO is a kind of organic matter, easily soluble in any hardness of water, with excellent diffusible and protective colloid properties. It is mainly used as a dyeing leveller, a dispersing agent for making lake, and a diluent for reducing dyes. Rubber industry used as filler and auxiliaries dispersant. In the tanning industry, it is used as dyeing aid and tanning agent, and also as cement water reducing agent.

Application:

1. Dispersant NNO is used as dispersant and filler for disperse and vat dyes. Dispersant N and dye can be added to the grinder and sand mill together during the fineness processing of disperse dyes or vat dyes particles. The amount of diffusing agent N is 0.5-3 times as much as that of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times as much as that of disperse dyes, and the remaining part can be added as filler when the dyes are commercialized;
2. Dispersant NNO is used as vat dye for dyeing: county floating pad dyeing method: diffusion agent N3-5 g/l is generally added in pad dyeing bath, and diffusion agent N15-20 g/l is generally added in reduction bath; Cryptochrome acid method: dosage of Yixiu diffusion agent N is 2-3 g/l
3. Dispersant NNO is used as disperse dye for dyeing: 0.5-1.5 g/L can be added in the dyeing bath when polyester is dyed under high temperature and high pressure, with dispersant N;
(4) Dispersant NNO is used for ice dye dyeing: it is used to improve level dyeing and abrasion fastness. The dosage of chromophenol primer bath diffusion agent is generally 2-5g/l, and the dosage of color developing bath diffusion agent N is generally 0.5-2g/l.
